## 🔅 Lumina — Getting Started

*A quick primer to get Lumina up and running — and looking its best.*

### 🧰 Prerequisites

* **Cities: Skylines II v1.3.3f1 (1166.34240) \[5841.24389] or later**\
  \&#xNAN;*(Older versions of Lumina no longer work with the latest CS2 update)*
* **Lumina mod installed**
* **Latest GPU drivers** *(Recommended)*

### 🔧 1 · Enable the Lumina Volume

Lumina’s colour-grading pipeline lives inside a custom Unity Volume.\
If this volume is disabled, **none of Lumina’s effects will render.**

**Steps:**

1. Open **Options → Lumina**
2. Toggle **Enable Lumina Volume ➜ ON**

💡 *Tip: You can also access this setting through the in-game interface.*

### 🖥️ 2 · Recommended Game Settings

To help Lumina display file dialogs properly:

* Set **Display Mode** to **Fullscreen (Windowed)**
* If not enabled, Lumina may cause Cities: Skylines II to lose focus when opening file dialogs.
